TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Credit terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Subsequent orders may be held until the payment of the previous order is received. Title of all goods described on any invoice will not pass until payment in full has been received and cleared at our bank. Please note that this agreement applies to any, and all spinners on loan to either this company and/or ABN. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card (surcharge may apply) or by direct deposit (details of our bank account are printed on each invoice). Any new account and/or spinner on loan is subject to approval. Any spinner, which is on loan, remains the property of Cards Only Pty Ltd, and is provided for the sole use of our product only. All spinners are to display and retail our Elite, Paperbark, Celebration and Paint Box ranges for $1.00 per card with envelope, Oak Press Designs at our agreed retail price of $2 and/or Handmade Expressions greeting cards at our agreed retail price of $3 per card and envelope, and/or our Wrapping Paper range at $1.00 per sheet and/or Wrap It Up range for $3.00 per sheet. If product line and/or spinner was purchased under a promotion, customer must adhere to all terms and conditions- cannot replace any existing stands. You must display stock in our spinner. Failure to adhere to T & C’s will result in being invoiced full $ value of stock. I/we agree to be responsible for repacking the spinner/s and for all and any freight and administration charges in relation to the provision or return of such spinners. Cards Only Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove any card/wrap/gift bag spinner which is on loan provided at least five trading day’s notification has been given – either verbally or in writing. Cards Only Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a one-time fee of $275.00 +GST per card/wrap spinner on loan & $350.00 + GST per gift bag spinner on loan if a minimum order of products is not placed every 6 months (180 days) per spinner on loan from the last invoice date. Alternatively, the spinner can be returned to the Cards Only Warehouse (6/26 Leighton Place, HORNSBY, NSW 2077) within 30 days of the 6 monthly term not fulfilled. Returning the spinner will be at the cost of the company in which the spinner was on loan to. Cards Only Pty Ltd also reserves the right to charge $275.00+GST per card /wrap spinner and/or $350 + GST per gift bag spinner if it is lost/damaged while it is on loan to my/our business. A minimum order of at least $400 in cards applies to each order plus freight.

If Cards Only Pty Limited considers it relevant to assessing my/our application for commercial credit, I/we agree to Cards Only Pty Limited obtaining from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about me/us in relation to commercial credit provided by Cards Only Pty Limited (Section 18K(1)(b), Privacy Act 1988). I/we agree to Cards Only Pty Limited obtaining personal information about me/us from other credit providers, whose names I/we may have provided for Cards Only Pty Limited or that may be named in a credit report, for the purpose of assessing my/our application for commercial credit made to Cards Only Pty Limited (Section 18N (1)(b), Privacy Act 1988). I we agree that Cards Only Pty Limited may obtain a consumer credit report about me/us from a credit reporting agency for the purpose of collecting overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by me/us (Section 18K 1(h) Privacy Act 1988).
