How do I get the most sales from your $1 cards?

Location:  Ensure your display spinner is at the front entrance of your store. This will maximise sales and bring customers into your store.

Presentation:
Keep your display spinner looking full at all times. Empty pockets are lost sales opportunities.
Make sure your display spinner is tidy.
Display your cards in categories eg Children/Flowers/ Animal/Special Occasions

Ordering: If you have empty pockets, it’s time to place an order!

How do I display the Magnolia Gift Bags?
There are many different ways you can display our Magnolia Gift Bags. Some of these include using shelving, wall hooks or slat wall hangers to hang the bags.

How do I know that my order is being processed?
An order confirmation will be emailed when your order is received into our system. Stock will be delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your store location.

I’ve realised that I ordered the wrong product. Can I change my order?
Provided your order has not been already packed or shipped, an order can be readily modified by contacting our Customer Service Team on (02) 9987 2244 during business hours.

Can I add a product to my order after I have submitted my order?
We will gladly add a product for you, provided your order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Just contact our Customer Service Team on (02) 9987 2244 during business hours.

What is the minimum sorder?
One of the ways we can keep our prices low is by imposing a minimum order. The minimum order when ordering our cards is $400. Once you have reached the value of $400 in cards you can add on any other items from our products. This includes wrapping paper, gift bags and all our gift & homewares items. This is a great way to try out some other products for your shop.

If you are ordering just homewares, the minimum order if $400 in homewares.

Am I entitled to any discounts?
Volume-based pricing applies to only the Elite Images card range. Optimal pricing is achieved by ordering 60 card packs or more in each order – and this may include card packs from our Elite Images, Paperbark Design and/or Celebration Cards & Oak Press ranges.

What are your freight charges?
Freight charges vary depending on the weight for the items you have chosen and your postcode. We continually negotiate for better freight deals with our carriers on your behalf.

How can I attach a purchase order number and/message with my order?
Just prior to check-out, all messages (including your purchase order number) can be entered in a dialog box – and will be seen by our Customer Service Team prior to processing your order.

What are your payment options for online orders?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), EFT or on account. Please note that credit card payments with order of product do not attract any surcharge. Payment options for Cards Only approved account holders are printed on each invoice.

How do I display the cards and wrap?
A range of extremely space efficient, purpose designed display are available to our authorised retailers to maximise the return on your investment. When fully stocked, it’s a great enticement to draw customers into your store. Please see below for more information about our display spinners.
